Warranty Policy

General: Chairus warrants the Product against defects in workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product is purchased through our online store. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Chairus within the Warranty Period, at its option, Chairus will make efforts to repair the Product or exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent new product. Chairus warrants repaired Products and replacement products provided hereunder against defects in workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the Product becomes Chairus' property.

What to do if the delivered product is not perfect?
- Get in touch with us right away! email or reach out on chat. Time is of the essence here, as we must hear from you within 14 days of the product being delivered.
- Take pictures of the damaged product, parcel and shipping label.
- Email pictures, your name and your order number to care@chairus.com.
