Item Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Package Shipping Time

ProcessingTime: It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order, But it's not certain. The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product, while some items may need 3-5 businessdays(rare cases). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

Shipping Time: Customers will get their items in 1-3 business days. However, we can not promise products customers want are in stock every time, Transfer may need more time.

We use UPS, FedEx & DHL company. Normally, we don't support customers’ assigning specified express companies.

Use Coasters and Mats: Protect the surface from hot, cold, or acidic items by using coasters, placemats, and tablecloths.

Apply Furniture Polish: Use a high-quality furniture polish or wax periodically to enhance the wood’s natural luster and protect it from drying out. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for best results.

Check and Tighten Hardware: Periodically check and tighten screws, bolts, and other hardware to ensure the furniture remains stable and secure.
